- What is my recovery timeline and what activities are restricted?
- What is the plan if I need adjustments during the trip?
About the warranty
- What is your written warranty, in English?
- Which country's courts have jurisdiction if I need to enforce it?
- What voids the warranty? (Watch for clauses about follow-up care from other providers.)
- What is the protocol if something fails after I fly home — who pays for what?
About payment
- Can I split payment into deposit + procedure day + 90-day hold?
- What forms of payment do you accept? (Wire transfers offer the least buyer protection.)
